Installation - tub to shower conversion
Excellent service. Neat and efficient. Customer is contacted if scheduled arrival time may be delayed and also contacted with an approximate arrival time. Work area is clean at the end of their work day. In addition, Micah Perry reviewed instructions regarding the use of the shower and provided written care and maintenance instructions. Would highly recommend this company for bathroom upgrades. Definitely a 5-star review and experience!

Repaired water line that was leaking after install
I had a leaking valve that occurred after my install. He came on time and was very polite and apologetic. He went to Home Depot twice and corrected the issue. I could not be more pleased. Also the shower install is glorious!!

The 2 gentleman that were tasked with installing my shower were great. They were professional and very attentive to my requests. They worked quickly, efficiently throughout the day, with minimal distractions. Great work guys

What a great company to work with. Their products are top notch. They keep in touch with you from day 1. I was very fortunate to get Micah Perry as my installer. He and his helper Brennan went way above to explain every step of the process and to make sure that it was exactly how I wanted it. If you get the option to pick your installer, this is the guy you want. Super company, super employees.

Great job
I had my shower installed about two months ago. I really enjoyed it, but about a month in I noticed the chalking had turn yellow. I got the number to the office and call, great customer service. I called on Monday and my appointment was on Thursday the same week. Two very nice guys came out Phillip and David, I was very satisfied with the job. Everything looks great. Thank y’all. If I have any more problems, which I hope I don’t, please send back Phillip and David very professional.
