Paul Raiford did an excellent job! He was very friendly and patient as he explained all of the options available. I did not feel rushed to make a decision and he even offered some really good suggestions. The presentation was very informative and well thought out. Paul really has a way of making people feel comfortable about making a major decision concerning their home. Keep up the great customer service!

Walk- in tub for Mom
My name is Angela. This is my second time seeing and talking to Christie Broussard. Once was for my house and now for my Mom’s She wants a walk in tub since she is 89 years old. When I contacted Christie, she instantly responded. She made it possible to coordinate her plans to work around our doctor’s appointment. She actually drove up behind us as we were getting home. THAT is what I call SERVICE!!! lol. She was so PATIENT with my Mom even when my mom was emotional. She even brought her a box of candy to cheer her up. She is the BEST!!!
Very pleasant and knowledgeable
Design Consultant Christie Broussard came out to give me an estimate on my bath needs. She was extremely knowledgeable. I can definitely see that she enjoys what she does. She was able to answer all of my questions and offer a wealth of information about the company, the product and the the value in which they believe. She was very pleasant. I did not know what to expect in my consult, but she eased all of my worries. This is such a wonderful quality to have, especially going into the homes of potential customers. Ms. Broussard was excellant and I enjoyed her company.

Excellence
We had gotten quotes from various other bath companies but none compares to the service we received with EZ bath. I came across EZ Bath and called to schedule a visit. They were able to find someone to come out on a Sunday as it was the only day available for my husband and I to be here because of a busy work schedule. Salesman Todd was extremely nice, knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and also made some great suggestions on designs. He made the process super easy and we are super confident that we will have our dream shower that will last a lifetime!
